We water-test every new boat before delivery to ensure proper set-up and operation. As a Krupa’s customer, you’ll be completely confident that your new boat will run smoothly so you can enjoy your time on the water with friends and family.
Krupa’s service director, Dave Rodema, personally oversees the entire service operation to ensure that they are providing the best customer service anywhere. On-the-water testing, state-of-the-art equipment and factory-trained technicians combine to make outstanding customer service Krupa’s most valuable asset.
When you purchase your boat
All Krupa’s customers get an "on the water" demonstration at the time of pick-up or delivery of their new boat. One of our knowledgeable staff members will take you for a ride in your new boat, explaining features and answering any questions you may have about its operation and handling.
At this time, we will also provide basic boating safety instruction so that you’ll leave feeling completely comfortable with your purchase.
Those who purchase a boat in the off-season do not need to worry – we will still provide the same outstanding service. We’ll store your boat for free until boating season, and then we’ll bring it out, take you for a test drive and make sure it’s ready to go.
After your purchase
There are several benefits to being on the water, but it is an immense help when servicing your boat over its lifetime. Customers can launch their boat and take it for a ride with one of our factory-trained technicians. This means you do not just have to put in words the problems you are experiencing, and allows our technicians to more accurately diagnose a problem which ultimately reduces repair time.
Bring your boat in after the season, and we’ll winterize to keep it fresh for years to come. This process includes fogging the engine, replacing fluid if necessary, disconnecting the battery, pulling the drain plug, changing the oil, and stabilizing the fuel. Other services include shrink wrapping and winter storage.
Parts and accessories
Krupa’s stocks the largest selection of boating accessories, water sports equipment and repair parts in Mid-Michigan and one of the largest selections in the Midwest. Come in and let John Tornga, accessories manager, or one of our other knowledgeable sales staff assist you. We also have a wide selection of hard-to-find and "no longer available" parts.
