The Boater Safety Class will be held at Krupa’s Boat Mart from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on March 10 and March 17. The class will be taught by the Jackson County Sheriff Marine Patrol and will consist of six hours of classroom instruction on basic safety operations of all different kinds of watercraft. Those completing both of the classes will receive the boating safety certification required to legally operate watercraft. Students MUST complete both nights to receive certification.
